Service Description

Thank you for choosing Rock Springs Church - Macon Campus to host your event. RSC considers our facility as a provision from the Lord. We act upon the awareness by being a good steward of all He has blessed us with. This church reserves the right to deny any request that the Church Leadership deems contrary to our beliefs, faith, moral teachings, and constitution/bylaws. Below you will see the hours of usage that were chosen, along with other guidelines to follow when using our facility. Once finished reading over those, please sign and return. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call 478-738-6752 Facility Use Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (for set-up, event, and clean-up) 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (1 hour for set-up, 2 hours for event, 1 hour for clean-up) 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (1 hour for set-up, 2 hours for event, 1 hour for clean-up) Area Chosen and Includes: Fellowship Hall A. Includes 10 Round Tables, 4 6ft. Tables, 60 Chairs, and the Ice Machine Fees: Paid a $100 non-refundable deposit. The balance is due to the church rep upon arrival for the event. Facility Use Guidelines: · Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is not permitted inside church facilities or on church grounds. · Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the church facilities. We kindly request that the church grounds be respected with care. · Church Furniture used is to be returned to their original placement, taken good care of, used only with permission, and cleaned – if necessary (chairs, tables, garbage cans, etc.) unless otherwise arranged. · Confetti of ANY kind (birdseed, petals, glitter, rice, silly string, balloons, kites, lanterns, etc.) is not allowed on the ground, inside, or outside. Bubbles are allowed outside only. · We do not provide tablecloths or utensils. · Do not remove any items from cabinets. · Nothing can be hung on the walls (i.e., stapled, taped, glued, etc.) The party in charge of the event using the facility must provide the necessary information to complete this agreement. Please note that you and your group are participating in this activity at your own risk and hereby release the Rock Springs Church organization from all liability for any accidents or injuries that may occur.
